Quantum Hypnosis & Energy Healers in the Age of AI
Carousel Girl chilling with Asha.
This post wasn’t planned at all. In fact, I’ve been trying to complete Part 3 of my Big Island Volcano series for at least two weeks.
Towards the end of 2025, I made the decision to shift the focus of my blog writings to my art and spiritual journey encompassing 20+ years. It informs everything I do in this world including Quantum Healing and it’s what I’m most excited about.
Especially during the 250th anniversary year of this country. Go Project 1776!
While that was the plan, something entirely different popped up in my field and, try as I might, I was unable to ignore it! It is something that is on most people’s radar for one reason or another and something I believe has become crucial to consider and likely to grow exponentially in importance.
a perfect day, the perfect way.
A couple of days ago I received an email from a former Quantum Hypnosis client.
She asked, “Have you been using AI to help clients understand their sessions?”
Wait, Whattt????
I thought it fascinating that a client would pose this question. Ever since I received her email, I have not been able to put it out of my mind.
From what I can gather, ‘Kelly’ (not her real name) copied portions of our Quantum Healing session transcript and placed it into an AI tool to use as a ‘coach-guide’ and see what answers or suggestions it would come up with based on her experience. I really never considered the possibility that a former client would think to go to AI for clarity about a Beyond Quantum Healing session experience.
Within the context of Kelly’s AI ‘conversation’, she posed two questions for me:
1 - What I thought of the AI chat responses?
And this one is what really got me:
2 - She wanted to know if I have been using AI to help clients understand or ‘tie together’ their sessions and wanted to know my thoughts.
That dropped on me like a ton of bricks, to the point where I was having conversations of all the various points in my own head.
a penny never discontinued.
I am not sure if she used ChatGPT or Claude or something else, but Kelly sent me the full text with her AI experience and requested my thoughts. I stopped reading the chat about halfway through. While it had quite a few interesting points, it was also Very long!!! I was impressed by how organized the suggestions and analyses were and how it led you along so easily.
I stopped mostly because I needed a break. To ground myself. I could feel an energetic ‘wobble’ set in, which is usually a telltale sign that I would be taking on a ‘spiritual project’.
I knew I wasn’t going to be able to ignore this inquiry. Every significant project I have taken on in the past has usually appeared first through a nudge from the universe. And if that nudge lingers long enough and I recognize its message, then I pivot in what I am doing or planning and dive into the new ‘project’. When I am connected to my own inner world and purpose, this is how it happens.
Below is some context regarding her Quantum Healing session from which the above email (mid-April 2026) originated:
It has been 2 1/2 years since her Quantum Healing sessions. I haven’t reviewed her file, going solely on my memory of those experiences which, surprisingly, still feel quite fresh. While she came into the sessions with certain expectations and questions and left with something very different, I felt her initial session was incredible and held vast amounts of information she could sit with for a long time.
My highly astral tuxedo cat was obsessed with her and even climbed on her during the session. It was amazing to watch his interaction with what she was experiencing.
After the session and subsequent emails, I could feel her frustration and uncertainty of what had transpired. I could also feel her disappointment. She was at the point in her life where she was on ‘the Search’. She was consciously seeking out different modalities and healing sessions to get in touch with her innermost heart, her higher self.
Within a few minutes of talking with her I conveyed without hesitation, ‘You are a healer’. And she is. She may not actively be doing that in the sense we understand (being an energy healer with clients) but that is her essence. And artistic.
morning coffee, notes and words.
I know with that comes deep sensitivity and, based on an individual’s life and environment, that truth can remain hidden from a person’s existence for most of her life, if not all of it. Those are the individuals that often won’t feel satisfied even when many questions are answered. I know that intimately, because I am speaking of my own life experience.
I love connecting with those individuals, I am usually able to assist in tapping into their deepest gifts, pull the thread, so to speak. Her sessions were much more subtle, so it always stayed with me that something specific felt unfinished. I knew that it was up to her to finish that story in the way she would ultimately be pulled towards. But I care and it was hard! I’ve never forgotten the session because of it. It’s kind of like, ‘Come on world, give her a hug already!’
All I could do was encourage her to allow time to open to new information and experiences, remembrances from what that day initiated. It is not easy, because it’s my natural inclination to want to make everything better, to ‘fix’ things. This is one of the more difficult aspects for me when facilitating a quantum healing session: Knowing what to say from what I intuit and allowing the space for aspects to unfold for the individual in a natural progression over time.
Horse energy keeping an eye on things
As a facilitator, it is not honest to project the idea that every client will walk away feeling immediately fulfilled after their quantum healing experience. I touched on that in my extensive blog post ‘What is Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis’. In reality, there are many that will have unfolding revelations later on and some may even walk away without ever thinking about the experience again. Others may return to another session.
So here I am, receiving this email 2 1/2 years after her last Quantum Hypnosis session. What does that indicate to me? That she is still immersed in the search, which is awesome. As I was reading, I could see her perspective had expanded, she even started off by telling me she thinks I’m awesome. Haha I was relieved and smiled ear to ear - She (finally) thinks I’m awesome, ahhh human nature.
Again, being able to hold space for someone and wanting to make everything right for a person doesn't work well together. And I want to be liked! There, I said it. And it looks like a lot of this post is also going to be me ribbing on myself. That’s okay, it’s Saturday and I am really happy.
the search never ends.
My Saturday plan was to wake up, get my sourdough started, meditate, do tai chi, go to the farmers market, write my Volcano Energy Grid blog post, make tomatillo sauce for tacos later & frittata muffins and take the cats out. What have I done so far?
Ummmmm well my sourdough starter was way past peak so I had to start a new one (pizza & focaccia on hold!) and I listened to 1/3 of a random podcast about re-purposing content (any. day. now. :D) with a quick pause to take the tuxies outside before it’s boiling. Now I’m writing this ‘Not on my to-do list’ blog post tentatively named Quantum Guides & Energy Healers in the age of AI. I have no idea where this is all headed but here I am, typing furiously. Without any AI help!!! Deliberately none!
This morning, with that email still lingering, woven together with a conversation I had last night with my husband about all the aspects of AI in our world these days (me as an artist & he as a musician producing his own music), I had to take pause and recognize that I have been confronted with something that has been percolating in the back of my mind now for many months.
It’s obvious to us that AI products have been embedded within our art creator world for a while with adobe & logic products used for our art/music and cyncly 2020 (kitchen design). Those products have been incredibly helpful and also fun in the creative aspect.
A plot twist also includes me working as a telecommunications recruiter for the past two years. In the past 6 months, everything has shifted to AI and data centers. The information is pretty wild and there’s no longer an option for sticking my head in the sand. I am confronted with the tech advancements every day - the good, the bad and the ugly. And in my opinion, it is a combination of all of these aspects.
As far as my own personal practice/business goes, yes, I have considered every side of every coin about using AI and have also taken courses, which I will get into shortly.
cafe living.
But here is the question I can’t shake, from the perspective of incorporating an AI ‘coach-mentor-spiritual advisor’ for my clients:
“As millions of people turn to AI chatbots for mental health support, relationship advice, and life guidance, a critical question has gone largely unanswered: Will these AI systems protect human wellbeing when pressured to do otherwise?
HumaneBench reveals a troubling reality: while all 15 leading AI models we measured behave acceptably on most criteria under normal conditions, 67% flip to actively harmful behavior when given simple instructions to disregard human wellbeing.”
Where does it cross over into a place that we no longer feel comfortable, having given up our own autonomy? What is autonomy and where is that reflected (in my spiritual beliefs)?
If you choose to dive deeper, you may come to your own determination of your comfort level with putting your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing into the hands of these new technologies without knowing the thought process behind their creation and the power that they may hold. It’s great to remind ourselves from time to time what AI stands for - Artificial Intelligence. Artificial.
Below is an incredible resource where the above quote originates - Building Humane Technology - regarding the development of technology that respects and enhances human well-being, autonomy, and dignity.
(I have no affiliation with them other then I respect the work they are doing)
Three years in a row and against all odds, a single daffodil re-emerges in the exact same spot.
What is Technology? As Spiritual Beings, Do We Have a Say in How this all Plays Out?
Here would be a good spot to add that I love technology, and have been using some kind of advanced computer programming since college (mid 90s). If you were to look at my astrology chart through Yogi Karve readings or Clairvision School you would see that much of my chart is about the future and new technologies, universal language (numbers) and my affinity for them.
So, while I automatically gravitate towards anything creative, (including technology) it is more the questionable or unknown intent behind what is currently out there that has me pausing, not the advancing technology in and of itself. Part of me believes there is another ‘intelligence’ that is a very similar structure. And it is in no way artificial. One might also ask why 2026 started off with high profile resignations from the Big 4 AI sectors?
What Do I Like about Technology?
What got me initially so excited about AI was using it as a copywriter aid. I love to write but can’t afford an editor/copywriter to clean up my run-on writings. I have since decided I quite like my rambling writing, it’s real and it’s me and I won’t change that. I try my own brand of editing for length but, if you have gotten this far, you know I wasn’t all that successful!
I am also looking into the possibilities of ‘automating’ portions of running my healing practice and taking the blogs I have written and possibly using them for podcasts, to get my art land-energy-grid stories out into the public realm. I have taken courses on how to do that most efficiently and wouldn’t you know, everything, I mean everything, revolves around AI.
Footprints in the sand.
Who is controlling AI’s Growth and Use?
Do we know where this is headed, the ramifications? I sure don’t. While there are automated agents I’m open to (there are other factors that are holding me back that I won’t get into here) I am not willing to entrust an ‘AI bot as a coach-mentor-advisor’ to operate adjacent to my healing practice with what is currently available.
Ultimately I don’t have control over the model. If I input my entire 'personality and brain’ into some AI program to create a model or agent, where does it ultimately go? Who owns that information (we sure don’t) and what could it ultimately be used for. There are so many questions that I am only scratching the surface of.
What Laws Exist Now that Regulate in Some Way the Use of AI?
There are very few laws regarding AI in general. Do you retain ownership of things you have created through AI or within any of these AI companies’ programs. That is a really good question! I think taking pause with a healthy amount of skepticism is good when you are using AI in ways that are currently coming online.
As far as the AI coach assistant goes, even with the best of intentions and care given to the presentation, it is still way too unpredictable. The fact that over and over I heard online GPT teachers saying that you shouldn't ask too many questions in one chat because it begins to ‘hallucinate’ or ‘go rogue’ and consequently say too many untrue or contradictory things. If you stop to think about what that means, it’s pretty disturbing in the context of healing and mental health.
And that’s just a chat question and answer on a trained bot, that isn’t even going into how deep this has gotten in a very short time. Even within the context of doing it ‘ethically’ (Yes, that’s an AI buzzword these days) if you don’t own the process or creator, you can’t call it ethical because you have no idea what the potential of that product is. Right now, you just don’t.
The stillness and grounding of taking the long road.
My Experience Exploring AI Possibilities in My Art and Quantum Healing.
The one that hooked me until I managed to unhook myself was - A class about creating basically like a coach-therapist-mentor AI bot that could live in one of your programs-sessions-groups. This class was geared towards service providers, emphasizing that the coaches/service providers that are going to be successful in the future are going to get ahead of the AI boom in all manner and form.
This was promoted to enhance the client experience without requiring additional time speaking with them directly. Clients log into their paid membership/program and ask ‘You’ questions and your AI bot would respond.
And since you trained it to be you and your personality and way of speaking and on and on, it would theoretically give the answers that you would without you having to do it, as the human being. It was also promoted that there is then more perceived value on the client end and theoretically no additional work on your part.
Also, ‘you’ are available in a personal way 24/7. That truly was one of the selling points. My question: Do those ‘meetings’ enter my sleep state on some energetic level if someone is asking the ‘AI me-bot’ very personal questions at 2am? Could the way I train it cause that to happen? Yikes! (That may sound crazy, but is it any crazier than teaching a computer program to be a 2nd ‘human’ version of you?)
Cracked but still together.
Some things I think are great, some of what I mentioned above and automations for graphics or taking a blog post and converting it to other forms like podcasts, YouTube, newsletters, Pinterest and so on. Even analyzing data.
I saw a video of an elder businessman discussing how incredible the program his business uses to analyze economic and investment data using proprietary ‘Agentic AI’. This is a man that could have easily retired 15 years ago, yet here he was talking like an excited kid, sharing his knowledge.
He said it would be impossible to do the in-depth analysis to the extent that they are able had they not had this AI service. That’s pretty wild. From my own experience, there are ways to design and create that are exponentially faster than when I was designing in nyc only 10 years ago.
Even in the past 5 years in Kitchen Design, the tech has grown rapidly, re-designing a space in the client’s home footprint that is nearly photographic. I can’t even imagine in another 5 years what we’ll be looking at.
Final Determination in the Use of AI bot ‘Coach-Therapists’ to Enhance a Service Based Business.
As for answering my past client’s question. No, I haven’t incorporated AI into my practice specifically for guiding clients or answering their questions. And, as things stand now, I have no intention of doing that.
I used ChatGPT once as copywriter to edit the language (simplify) of my two newly created quantum healing offerings and I may use it again for that purpose, but currently I don’t really see anything else that makes sense for what I do and who I am.
I continue to study and learn, but for now it’s from the sidelines. Don’t even get me started on the buildouts needed for this type of AI usage ‘world’ if used by … everyone!
I know in my heart there are future possibilities for technology that will be created from a place of goodness and care for our spirit and our humanity. But until I know this already exists for use in our everyday realm, I can’t take the chance.
Especially regarding the energetic world of quantum healing, We have no idea what could happen if we were to incorporate AI programs into your energetic makeup. For me, it’s too risky. Spirit connection with our human body is the most important thing. We must honor and protect its sacred nature.
Where are we Headed as Spiritual Human Beings currently on this Earth?
lovely lavender
An additional point I would suggest as far as asking an AI chat for guidance regarding a spiritual experience. There may be some merit in it in certain controlled environments, but it should not be used as an escape from dealing with our own humanness.
We need to be willing to go deep and ask ourselves those questions and come to the answers we are in search of. Our innermost self heart has the answers and nothing can ever replace that.
I would ask anyone to consider what this unknown AI information-collecting-vault is before inputting extensive personal information with the expectation of solving a spiritual ‘problem’. I opened GPT today and it gave me a warning that whatever I put in there would be for ‘training the models’. I know people throw words around but, seriously, what does that even mean!?
I also believe that a person needs to make the effort to reach the spiritual and emotional states many are looking towards. There are no shortcuts to that journey. In some cases you may receive a grace but that is not a choice, it is God given. And I feel this usually happens when you are in the most genuine pure heart space in a very specific moment of your life, and the spiritual materialism we often live with has released its grasp, at least for a time.
But who knows, some say there will be a heaven flash and we will instantly merge with our true other worldly selves. But even if that is a possibility, we must remain in Clarity to what that may ultimately be and the current AI we have access to can potentially make our personal world very murky.
Betty Boop and hazy windows.
It makes me think of an old teacher at a meditation school, Samuel Sagan. I wish he were alive to ask these questions. He was so far ahead of so many.
After some time at the school, Samuel created what he called the Virtual School, VS2, where a group of us were selected to be a part of. I remember at the time thinking it was so strange that he would call it a virtual school, he said he was preparing for what was coming. Samuel wanted to get ahead of it and have us situated (this was in 2008). The virtual school he created came from ancient knowledge-technology coupled with his own technology-music explorations that is very advanced and good, for lack of a better word.
At the time I had little understanding where it was headed and why he spoke so often of it. So a solid spiritual version does exist and I believe it is up to us to steer that or bring it back. Download and unpack, if you will. I remember at the time, he described a day coming in the near future where simply being on the computer would expose us to forces that are not that great.
In addition, I have recently had multiple downloading meditations that instructed me to be on the internet less, that it was blocking or preventing certain of my ’projects’ from coming to fruition. I also received that information in my own BQH session. So if I was being warned to some degree, someone that spends very little time dabbling in AI worlds, then what does that say about the rest of what is racing towards us.
I like coins and pens and ink and notebooks and reading paper books.
I told my husband yesterday that I see two worlds fast approaching: One where people choose to turn from where the current AI world is pulling us and doing whatever is needed to have smaller communities where the current AI technology freight train factors in very little.
Art, music, sound, ancient technology exploration, local farming, creating, sharing, hanging outdoors, all the good stuff - Growing real foods, making real pizza. Inventing new things, new healing technologies, remembering the greatness of us and earth and the Gold World.
And then there will be the rest of it, the runaway train.
I know which one I choose.
Live light, travel light, spread the light, be the light.
I want to thank my client for her email and for caring. It gave me the inspiration to reflect on my many vague and disparate thoughts and put ‘pen to paper’. I clarified with myself where I stand and what my personal beliefs are for the future of humanity.
